Oahu Rental Market Overview
The number of Oahu properties rented in October showed little change both year-over-year and month-over-month. Median price increased compared to both time periods, while properties took several days longer to rent. The number of available rentals increased slightly from September, but it is still low compared to the rest of this year.
The number of luxury properties rented in October increased notably year-over-year and month-over-month. Median price decreased year-over-year but stayed the same as in September and August. Luxury properties rented more quickly that in October 2023 but more slowly compared to September 2024. There are 126 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, up 17.7% from September.
