We manage a variety of residential properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and luxury residences across Oahu.
Our starndard management fee is 10% of the rental price. Estate mangement fees depend on the services provided. We would be happy to discuss your property and provide a customized management proposal.
Typically, we do not manage vacations rentals but there may be an exception. We would be happy to discuss your property and situation.
