Doug T. Davis is the Broker-in-Charge and Lead Property Manager at Caron B Realty International. Over the course of his 45 years in real estate, Doug has been involved in more than 2,000 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in sales volume. This experience directly informs his strategic approach to managing high-value properties.
As the leader of Caron B Realty International’s Property Management and Estate Management division, Doug oversees a portfolio of long-term luxury rentals, investment properties, and high-end residences. His focus is on helping property owners protect asset value, maintain property condition, and achieve consistent, long-term performance.
Doug is particularly known for managing complex property situations that require experience and precision. This includes overseeing properties with title challenges, legal considerations, deferred maintenance issues, and unique ownership structures. His ability to identify risks early and coordinate effective solutions makes him a trusted resource for property owners who need more than basic management.
A lifelong Oahu resident and Punahou School graduate, Doug brings deep knowledge of local zoning, land use, and regulatory considerations. This is an important advantage when managing properties across different neighborhoods and property types.

Doug is assisted by Julie Eggers, agent and Property Manager. Julie works closely with Doug to advertise our available rentals and perform background checks on applicants and conduct property showings. Julie coordinates with vendors to schedule maintenance and repairs of all properties under management. She helps to facilitate billing and payments for our property owners and tenants.
