Oahu Rental Market Overview

In September, rental volume decreased month-over-month but there was no change year-over-year. Median price in September rose compared to both time periods. Properties rented a few days, on average, in September than in August and September of last year. As of 10/24, there are 669 properties available for long-term rent on Oahu, down 0.74% from last month.

The number of luxury rentals increased from July both month-over-month and year-over-year, up 63.1% from last September. There was no change in median price compared to both time periods. Luxury properties rented several days slower than last year but there was no change from August. As of 10/24, there are 181 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, down 3.2% from September.
