Oahu Rental Market Overview
In July, rental volume hit 580, the highest number since August 2023. Median price in July was up from last year but down slightly from June. Properties rented in the same amount of time as in June but 4 days faster than last July. As of 8/26, there are 622 properties available for long-term rent on Oahu, down 3.5% from last month.
The number of luxury rentals continued their upward trend since last November, reaching 111, the highest in our records dating back to June 2022. Median price was down slightly from last year but unchanged from last month. Luxury properties rented a couple days faster than last year but nearly a week slower than in June. As of 8/26, there are 182 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, up 10.9% from July.
