Oahu Rental Market Overview
The number of Oahu properties rented in September decreased both year-over-year and month-over-month. Median price increased compared to last year but is down slightly from last month. Properties rented in the same amount of time compared to both time periods. The number of available rentals decreased to the lowest since January.
The number of luxury properties rented in September increased year-over-year and month-over-month. Median price increased year-over-year but stayed the same as in August. Luxury properties rented a few days faster compared to both time periods. There are 107 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, a 22% decrease from August.
