Oahu Rental Market Overview

In October, rental volume increased both month-over-month and year-over-year. Median price rose slightly from a year ago but is down a little compared to September. Properties rented a couple days faster, on average, than in September and October of last year. As of 11/25, there are 657 properties available for long-term rent on Oahu, down 1.2% from last month.

The number of luxury rentals increased significantly from last year but decreased month-over-month. Median price is up 9.4% compared to both time periods. Luxury properties rented a few days slower than last month and last year. As of 11/25, there are 152 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, down 16% from September.
