Oahu Rental Market Overview

In March, the number of properties rented on Oahu increased year-over-year and month-over-month. Median price in March was up compared to the same period last year but down since February. Properties rented at about the same speed and received about the same ratio of rental price to asking price. There is a decrease of about 25 available rentals from last month.

The number of luxury rentals also increased in March, up nearly 20% from last March and nearly 10% from February. Median price increased compared to both time periods. Luxury properties rented about a week slower than both last March and February 2025.  As of 4/30, there are 156 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, up 3.6% from February.
