Oahu Rental Market Overview
The number of Oahu property rentals decreased in July compared to last year but increased from last month. Median price increased year-over-year but decreased from June. Properties took a couple days longer to rent for both time period comparisons. The number of available rentals decreased about 6% from the past few months.
In the luxury rental market, there was a significant increase in the number of properties rented compared to last year but a decreased in month-over-month rentals. As with the overall market, median price increased year-over-year but decreased from June and properties took a couple days longer to rent for both time period comparisons. There are 126 luxury properties currently available for long-term rent on Oahu, a 10% decreased from June.
